    Our heat pump quit on Saturday night and the big storm began. The house was already 85 degrees, so I assumed the new "stop leak fix" I had agreed with Ken to try had failed. Worried about the effect of the heat on our older pets and us, I reluctantly called and left a message on Ken's cell phone. I was grateful that a response soon arrived, which led to a series of calls with Ken, the after-hours number, and finally with Donovan. Donovan kindly agreed to come out but the storm hit hard and I wondered if I would get weekend help in the lightening and rain. To my surprise, the doorbell rang and there was Donovan, dripping wet, saying the storm had knocked out a capacitor and that he'd fixed the problem! We were surprised and grateful! Actually, I can't speak highly enough of the competence and congeniality of the Dayco staff during these past eight years. I truly enjoyed meeting Ken, and recognized his influence and competence. As for Donovan, what can I say? He is a great guy obviously talented in his profession. Thank you, Ken and thank you, Donovan!

    I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all of you for the service that I received from the initial estimate for my system to its completion. Dan Garcia was very kind and compassionate when learning my particular circumstances and tool the time to speak to me regarding my best options for rebates and systems while I was in Virginia taking care of my ailing mother. He met with me upon my return to Washington after her death and explained my choice in terms that I could understand and helped me to make the best possible selection for my investment. The installation staff came when they were scheduled and were very polite and professional. They cleaned up any debris during the process before they left and let me know that remaining services were to be scheduled, including the duct cleaning and electrical inspection.     Just a note to let you know how considerate and kind your service tech was yesterday. He didn't seem to mind all the stuff he had from the dogs and was very gentle with them. The system we have is old and I must admit how well he cared for it. He worked hard on getting it ready for another person.
