GOLD MEMBERSHIP PLAN
$18/MONTH+ tax
Includes the following:
- Clean and adjust burner assembly
- (Gas furnaces)
- Clean ignition assembly
- Inspect heat exchanger or elements
- Examine B-vents for rusting
- Monitor refrigerant pressure by sub cool & super heat
- Test starting capabilities
- Test safety controls
- Replace standard air filters (filters not included in price)
- Clean and adjust blower components
- tighten electrical connections
- Measure volts/amps
- Lubricate oil-able parts
- Check thermostat calibration
- Clean evaporator coil
- Clean condensate drains
- Measure temperature difference
- Does not cover labor charges
PLATINUM MMBERSHIP PLAN
$40/MONTH+ tax
No Labor Charge On:
- Equipment Repair
- Diagnostic
- No Overtime
- Maintenance
- Receive Royal Treatment
- Priority customer status
- 24 hour emergency service
- No emergency overtime charge
- Receive 2 maintenance schedules per year
- You never have to worry with auto renewal

No Labor Charge On:
- Trane equipment only
- Equipment Repair
