Bonetta Day, who is the president of the corporation, was working in the Hanford area for Kaiser Engineers as a construction data tech. Bonetta had always been interested in business with most of her college time being spent in business courses, human resource and receiving her accounting certificate. She did the books, contract processing, ordering, helped with installation of ductwork and trim out until the business grew enough that she could leave Kaiser in 1988 to go full time at Dayco.

Olin enjoys many activities such as fishing, hunting motocross and softball, but most of all he loves to spend time with his family.
As a Dayco employee he is extremely loyal and kind to our customers. When there is a new home or office being built, he makes sure the product is properly installed. As a manager, he takes care of his team. Olin wants the team to go above and beyond their call of duty and to do the jobs safely.
Curt loves camping, motorcycles and four-wheeling. He has been with Dayco for 12 years. As an employee, Curt is excellent at installing gas and electric fireplaces. Since his job requires extra care, he was promoted to "Safety Manager" for the entire company. If something isn't safe, he has the authority to stop everything until it is safe.
